From the first visit and even after the roofing was finished, Rex has been the biggest help in the process of filing a claim to getting a new roof after hail damage and a leak. He helped us understand our insurance and him and Aaron helped handle most of the back and forth headaches with our insurance to get our roof repaired. As first time homeworkers we were very ignorant to this whole process and dealing with a claim and insurance processes and Rex was more helpful than our insurance agent and reps were. Even after the roofing part was done he is still helping to guide us in getting other damage covered that insurance didn't include even though it isn't the roof itself. The roof job was done promptly and they did a beautiful job. We are super happy with Rooftop and thankful for the work they did.
