Poor communication and constant hassles throughout the entire process. The company repeatedly failed to follow through on commitments and rarely kept me informed without me having to chase them down. Billing and payment turned into a hassle, with unclear invoices and payment expectations. Scheduling was also a frustration—they did not make any real effort to work around my availability except when I had a death in my family.The quality of the roofing work may be fine, but the customer experience was extremely disappointing. I expected far better professionalism and reliability. I would not recommend them based on my experience. If you do use them, I would not recommend speaking with Michael.
The absolute best roofing company all the way around. From the inspection to completion, everything they say they are going to do, they do. There are no surprises….. just amazing work & amazing people to work with!
All or Nothing Roofing is in my opinion the best Roofing company out there. USAA would not budge until they came along. Finally, after all of the pictures and Administrative back and forth. All or Nothing Roofing and Construction is a wonderful trustworthy company with fair pricing. The work done looks nice. They were easy to work through the process of getting our roof, garage and some indoor damage from hail and wind, repaired. Mia, their production manager was particularly fantastic. She listened to all concerns/needs, made me feel validated, and addressed them quickly. Communication is always a crucial thing when working with contractors and Mia and the owner Will excelled in communicating with us.
They put an amazing roof on my fiancés dad’s house and did an amazing job!! No mess after they were done doing the roof because they cleaned it all up and did awesome with that as well! We also got new gutters and they work wonderfully!
