I was going through a home inspection. I called Aaron as I had some problems come up on the inspection. It was a metal roof and had some issues. He was amazing and talked everything through with me. He provided me guidance and direction to find the best available options. Yes, he could have came out and charged me and made some money but he chose to send me a different direction to correct a mold issue. Honest, loyal, family oriented company. I can't say enough good things about Bill West and and his company, Bill West Roofing. He gave me several bids for my roof at different price points. He walked me through each one and the differences as well as his recommendation and why. He did not try to upsell me something I didn't need. He patiently answered all my questions before and during the process. He called before the crews came (I also had the gutters and downspouts replaced) and checked in afterwards. The crews showed up on time, the roof was installed quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up. The roof and gutters look fantastic.Highly recommend Bill West Roofing.

From the initial inspection to the finished product Bill, his Family and his Crew were amazing to work with.I got 4 bids on my roof project. Bill West's price was right in the middle/lower end of the bids I got.But, I received a MUCH HIGHER QUALITY roof and warranty with Bill West than any of the others for the price.I went with the Designer Package using Landmark PRO shingles. Best on the market!With this package and the material's used I have a 50yr material warranty and a 25yr workmanship warranty. You will not find that with any other roofer.The materials used are all top notch and the crew that Bill sent out was amazing. They are trained pro's!! Everything about the workmanship on my roof is perfect. They arrived at 8:00am and were cleaning up to leave at 6:00pm on a very hot 94 deg. day. Excellent work and very hard workers.Clean up was perfect, Bill even sent an inspector out to look at the roof when it was finished and did a last walk around the house looking for any nails missed.Bill is old school. Down to earth and easy to work with. No pressure sales.
