Grant came out to inspect our roof. After spending quite a bit of time walking our roof and carefully looking at the boots and shingles and different transitions on the roof he went over his findings and presented a plan to fix our concerns. We initially chose this roofing company because they seemed genuine and trustworthy, even though they weren’t the cheapest option. The Project Manager was nice and they had several glowing reviews on Google. We believed paying more would mean better service and accountability. Unfortunately, we were very wrong.

We paid $25,000+ out of pocket for a roof replacement. During the project, their crew caused a leak in our home, which led to water damage in our children's bathroom. When we reported the issue, they told us they were “not responsible for any damage below the roof” which was a completely unfair and unacceptable response considering the damage was caused by their work.

To make matters worse:

1. They said they’d try to contact a painter to help — but we’ve heard nothing since.

2. Their crew left a large amount of nails scattered around our property, which resulted in multiple flat tires.

3.They disappeared for an excessively long lunch, leaving the site unattended for hours.

We’re now left with additional repair costs, frustration, and no resolution.

This company lacked professionalism, accountability, and follow-through, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. We deeply regret choosing them and would never recommend their services to anyone.

For some background: My husband and I were sold a “flipped” house that ended up being a facade of new material plastered over the old, to include the roof. Because the damages were considered neglect and poor craftsmanship by homeowners insurance, my husband and I have had to spend tens of thousands of dollars on repairs. This made us intent on finding just the right contractor for our roof: one who could balance quality work with fair pricing.

Brock turned out to be that contractor. We peppered him with questions throughout a week’s time. He never once seemed bothered or annoyed, answered every one of them thoroughly, and made sure that if he missed our call or text that his response time was prompt. He provided the details we asked for to understand our roofing needs and costs, which involved coming out more than once before we even booked with him. He was well organized, timely, and friendly throughout our business dealings with him.

His team was on time each morning, cheerful, respectful, and efficient. My husband and I were out there regularly, climbing onto the roof with them to see where the project was for our own sanity, and they never minded, making small talk or answering questions as we asked.

When the project was complete, the team swept the entire area thoroughly for roofing nails or metal debris, then used a blower to ensure our patio, sidewalk, and driveway were clear of other debris. They communicated what time they’d be finished impeccably close to the time they actually were done.

Days later, Brock came to collect payment but not before he walked us through exactly what had been done to ensure a quality roof, leaving us with care tips (as it’s a flat TPO, not your normal angled, shingled roof) and with confidence in an excellent product. The peace of mind we received was worth working with Brock alone.
