From the second Skye Zaruba knocked on my door and asked me if I were aware my house was in a major hail damage zone(actually I WAS NOT aware! I work crazy shifts and I totally missed the storm. It definitely DID NOT miss my house however!) I have been completely satisfied.It's a process for sure but bottom line I have a GORGEOUS new roof now.EVERYONE from Skye and Christian on the ground to Emily in project planning and a few folks I've forgotten(I suck remembering names!) were very prompt and courteous.Skye in particular did an exceptional job of updating me every step of the process.Skye is a great "face" for the company.She's very knowledgeable, very friendly and she truly cares about customer service.I love my new roof and I will certainly recommend anyone looking for a new roof to call Best Choice Roofing in Shreveport/ Bossier.Skye represents the best of this company and I HIGHLY recommend her services.Dave S.Shreveport
Edit: The review below was my original review. I'm leaving it as an accurate reflection of my feelings on the day it was written. The experience it describes was bad, but Best Choice did do some work to make it right after I left this review and filed a BBB complaint. Namely, they zeroed out the charges against me, stopped lien proceedings, reinstated my 5 year warranty, and apologized. That all goes a long way in making this a better experience.Hired Best Choice for a roof. The installation resulted in debris throughout my house and two major leaks that damaged furniture, collectibles, and my dining room. They also misrepresented the material options, costing me hundreds in energy bills until I fixed it myself. I sent a certified letter detailing the damages to settle the bill. They ignored it completely and are now threatening to lien my house. Disorganized, negligent, and poor communication. Avoid.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid similar issues. I hired Best Choice Roofing expecting professionalism and quality service, but unfortunately, they fell short in several key areas. First, communication was extremely poor throughout the project. I had to constantly follow up for updates, and getting a straight answer was nearly impossible. Deadlines were missed without explanation, and there was a clear lack of coordination between their team members. Second, the workmanship was subpar. Roofing materials and nails were left everywhere after the job was completed. Luckily we saw them and were able to clean up the nails before we ended up with flat tires. We had two leaks within weeks after the roof was installed. When I contacted them to address the issues, they took no accountability. Lastly, the customer service was frustrating and dismissive. Instead of working with us to make things right, we were met with excuses and attitude. I strongly recommend doing your homework and considering other roofing companies before choosing this one.

Best Choice Roofing’s work was done quickly and professionally, and the yard looked like it did before they arrived. I highly recommend Best Choice Roofing and their Rep that I worked with, Heath Lemmons. Heath was very helpful and easy to work with. He even met the adjuster when the damage to the roof was assessed. They are a first-class operation and I was very pleased with the final outcome.
