What customers say
Several customers praise thorough roof work and helpful service. A customer who hired the team to patch a leak and inspect a roof also valued clear explanations and thorough work. Another says Jason and David repaired and inspected a problem almost two years after installation without negotiation. One customer reported that work left a very toxic odor at home and that repeated emergency and regular voicemail messages received no response.

We have used Black roofing for decades and always received excellent service.
However, we had some work done July 15 which left us with a very toxic odor in our home, made worse by using air conditioning. We have called and left messages on the emergency number twice and have received no response. We also left messages twice on the regular voicemail. Again, no response. So in this high heat, we cannot use our air conditioner and still have the toxic odor.

We have had an incredible experience with Black Roofing. And I say this after we had a slight problem that had to be fixed almost two years after the installation of the roof. Jason and David jumped on it and made the repairs and inspection with no question or hassle of negotiation. They stand by their product with great service and are with you for the long haul!

Correy and the team were wonderful! Having to replace the roof on a home you just listed and vacated is stressful enough, but Correy kept me informed every step of the way and has been flexible to my situation. Huge thanks to Black Dog - can’t recommend enough!
