High winds early in January of 2026 blew shingles off my home's roof. Many contractors were busy and couldn't respond for several weeks. I was fortunately able to catch Roof Masters. They came the next day, inspected the damage, and arranged an immediate patch. After examining the entire roof they recommended replacing it. I knew the roof was quite aged and agreed.
They were most helpful right from the beginning, offering alternates for shingles, and helping me to make a replacement selection. Once that was done they scheduled the work promptly. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The entire roof was stripped to the base wood, several damaged wood sections were replace, new underlayer and shingles applied, and the entire roof was brought up to the latest city code requirements. The shingles used were of the most durable and fire resistant variety. As a result my insurance company reduced to cost of my coverage. I am most happy with the result and also pleased to recommend Roof Masters.

Monica and Jennifer quickly felt like friends due to their honesty, integrity and transparent nature. I was originally leaning towards another highly-praised roofing company, but upon talking to Monica to get a second quote, I immediately felt like she was someone I could trust. She has gathered so much wisdom and experience over her years in the industry, and went above and beyond to educate me about my options. If there was an answer she didn't know, she found out... she did the research so we didn't have to. She went back and forth with our insurance appraiser over many interactions to ensure we were covered for as much as possible, which was a tremendous help to us financially. We even received new skylights in the process, which was a happy surprise. It felt like she truly cared about getting us a high quality roof at a price we felt comfortable with. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of at all, which is not always the case with roofers. I also love the fact that this is a women-led company in a very male-dominated industry... they are breaking the mold with their compassionate approach that feels driven by honesty over greed. From the first phone call with Monica to the final walk-through with Jennifer, I really felt like they had my back. I wholeheartedly recommend this dynamic-duo of badass women!

Her team installed our roof in a single day and her prices are competitive with the other quotes we received for this project. She also coordinated a new gutter system for our house that made the overall project seamless. Based on our experience I would definitely recommend them!

Great experience with Roof Masters! They were professional, responded quickly, and were better priced than the two other quotes I received. We had a non-typical roofing job, so there was more variables than normal. When Roof Masters were assessing the job, they pointed out aspects of our roof that no other roofer had noticed. These factors changed the plan and resulted in less material required. I was impressed that they were able to point out these aspects, and surprised that no other roofer identified them. I would definitely use Roof Masters again.
