He provided a detailed evaluation of the roof, and then identified inaccurate information in the Home Inspection. Within 24 hours, we had a written evaluation that clearly explained the condition of the roof, which refuted the Home Inspector's "findings" using factual information about roof design and elements of our roof. Highly recommend for their promptness and expertise.

Mark's team at Reliable Roofers are the absolute best!! The day I contacted him for a quote, he found room on his schedule to come out and assess it. Julie, the young lady who scheduled the appointment, was amazing at keeping me well-informed throughout the process as did Mark and Larry. My roof was completed in one day! April 30, 2021 was a traumatic experience for me as a windstorm blew a huge tree across my home. It was by the grace of MY God that it fell across the front of my home damaging the roof shingles and some siding. NOT FALLING IN..I contacted the insurance company and the tree was removed from a great company and keeping in form, I needed the same response from a roofing company. I reached out to several, only to have Reliable Roofers to be very responsive and give me the needed assurance that their company are more than professionals ; they also gave me a piece of mind; not to worry....the comforting was enough for me to move forward. They arrived, and it was a very hot ?? 90* day. The job was done and we reviewed the finished product. Discussed some details with Mark, and again, he eased my concerns as I truly needed the positive demeanor from both professionals. As guardian angels go, ?? , they ARE the team.... No kidding... Would I recommend them ???, Hell Yeah!!
