These folks are hands down the best, from their office support & service writers and so on - all the way down to the crew completing the work! Our installation was completed by a knowledgeable team that was very attentive to leaving our home neat and as free as possible of the debris that comes from an active construction site every day. Any questions or issues were handled very quickly and efficiently. For example, We had a secondary existing roof that needed a new panel to repair. They were on it and found someone to recreate the ridge pattern and color. The original installer pieced the existing roof differently than our installers would have but our team rolled with it, adjusted and completed the repair effortlessly. Thanks Ace Roofing Team for our new roof, you guys are FABULOUS!

Quick, clear, and concise communication is super important to me with work on my home. Ted and Ian have lived up to that and then some, I reached out on a Tuesday and within 2 days we had already determined the fix necessary, what materials were needed, and they even helped me deal with my warranty claim from the roofing manufacturer.
