Florida State Roofing and Construction Company installed my new roof about three weeks ago. I met with Adam who guided me through the process. He was very informative and helpful. The roofing crew did a great job and completed the job in a timely manner.The roof makes the house look almost brand new and I've had compliments from my neighbors on how nice it looks. The price was half the price of my next door neighbor's, who had his roof replaced last year, and my house is slightly larger than his. I bought a house in 2018 with a brand new roof from this company. It leaked less than a year old. They would not warranty the less than 1 year old roof because they said the warranty doesn’t transfer with sale. Plenty of stand up companies out there that can install a roof that doesn’t leak in less than one year. Also. Most companies would stand behind the work they did instead of saying sorry about your luck. Choose wisely.
Today, FL State Roofing completed our new roof. We have had a first class experience. We got a competitive price from the owner, Chuck. The crew was excellent. They worked clean, were respectful of our home. They communicated what was happening with the job. There were no surprises with the work or the final bill. We will use them again.
Well, let me tell you my experience. Florida State Roofing put my first roof on 20 years ago and when my insurance company said they would no longer cover me because my perfectly fine roof was too old. I got several estimates because this was a big expense. They all came in around the same price and since Florida State Roofing did my roof before, and I had zero problems I again went with them. Zero regrets, it came out absolutely perfect. This company is 100 percent professional, signs out in the yard, permits out in the yard. They do everything the way it should be done. Thank you
Chuck and his staff were absolutely the best to have install our beautiful Floridian Eagle tile roof.
