I had a leak in both my flat valleys of my roof. I contacted Len's Roofing and Jeremey came right the way and provided an estimate. Soon after I signed the estimate, the team came and completed the work. They did a great job. I was very pleased with everything from beginning to the end. Very professional and great communication.
Len’s Roofing replaced my roof this week. The project was completed in just two days. The crew of 10 workers arrived early in the morning, removed the old tiles and solar panels and installed beautiful, durable shingles on the first day. (They worked 12 straight hours the first day, cleared away all debris and removed the dumpster the second day.). The color match with my house is perfect. The installation and cleanup was meticulous. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company if you need a new roof.
Wow! I was amazed that the team Len's Roofing had sent to do a new roof replacement.They where on time and finished the job in one day! I was not home at the time,but my husband called me and said Babe they are finished and the roof is beautiful!I figured it would take 2to 3 days! No.They sent a Army out to do the job??.And the best part we got to enjoy our Christmas with a beautiful new roof! Thanks you so much Len's Roofing owners and Staff!??????
** I wanted to edit my review to add a two-year ‘after install’ of our new roof experience.It is always important to know that you’re going to get service after the sale. Cassidy and the rest of the team have been tremendous and following up with us on questions and concerns. We had two years after the installation.Nothing to do with any problems they created. But they were very quick to respond and excellent in their follow up and their notetaking for the CRM. Excellent choice to work with Lens Roofing.My overall experience using Len’s Roofing was quite positive. From the beginning during the tear off process to the repair of the underside of the roof and through the install of the new roof, I would recommend them to anyone.Their employees were extremely courteous and professional. Their management team was very responsive to multiple questions at various times throughout the process. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
Our experience with Len's Roofing was outstanding from start to finish. We were thoroughly informed of all aspects of the job and all our questions were answered before the work began and during the entire process. Len's crew always arrived as scheduled, worked hard and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. The cost of replacing our entire roof was competitive with no surprises. Len's office staff was always friendly, efficient and helpful each time we contacted them. After the work was completed Len made a final inspection.
