Diamond roof repair & handyman services

Review for Diamond Roof Repairs and Handyman Services ????? Extremely disappointed with the service. I hired Diamond Roof Repairs and Handyman Services to fix an issue with my gutter. Despite paying the full agreed amount, the original problem still persists. The repair clearly wasn’t done properly, and there’s been no accountability or follow-up to make things right. I expected better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.

Greg came to our home to do some holes in our soffits. We had no air flow into our attic and found Greg. Very clean and professional and polite. Did not take long at all and his price was the best we found. Did not take advantage or use scare tactics like some other companies. We will definitely recommend Greg to all our friends and family, and if ever we need him for any kind of roof repairs, Greg is our guy.

I'm glad to hear that you had a positive experience with Diamond Roofing and Greg's services for your roof repair. Based on the information you provided, here's a review: I recently had a roof repair done by Greg from Diamond Roofing, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. I had a leak issue coming from the upper-level washroom exhaust fan and the garage. Greg promptly scheduled an appointment and arrived on the same day, as promised. During his visit, Greg thoroughly inspected my roof and identified that the exhaust fan vent was missing. He quickly installed a new vent, ensuring that the issue would be resolved. Additionally, he took the time to fix the shingles on my garage roof, which was greatly appreciated. One aspect that stood out to me was Greg's professionalism and knowledge. He explained the entire repair process to me, both before and after the repairs were carried out. He patiently answered all of my questions and concerns, providing me with a clear understanding of what was being done and why. This level of communication reassured me that I was in capable hands. Furthermore, I found the pricing for the repairs to be reasonable. Greg offered a fair and transparent quote, and there were no surprises when it came to the final cost. I appreciated his honesty and integrity throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend Diamond Roofing and specifically Greg for any roof repair needs. He demonstrated excellent customer service, skillful workmanship, and a genuine commitment to resolving the issues I had. Thanks to Greg's expertise, my roof is now in great shape, and I no longer have to worry about leaks.
