Outstanding experience. I emailed after business hours on a Thursday about having a look at repairing or replacing a roof. Robb replied within an hour. He was on the roof at 11am the very next morning. Quote was in my email by 1pm. Roof needed immediate replacing, and he was able to prioritize the job for Monday. I had to reschedule for a later date. His guys showed up first thing in the morning, worked fast, and cleaned everything perfectly. They would of been done in the morning, but they found and immediately fixed a hidden issue after discussing it with me for very little time and cost. Professional communication, did a great job, used quality materials with full warranty. Could not ask for a better roofer.
Amazing company! Simply can't thank Rob enough! I called yesterday with shingles dangling off my roof. I sent a quick pic. He responded immediately and said Taylor would come by today. True to his word, when I arrived home the roof was fixed!! I asked for a bill and he said no charge. Who does this?
