He was professional, and well priced, he gave us a quote and was able to fit us in promptly. His crew showed up on time, and were very professional and did an amazing job on the roof.
Joel him self explained everything, and was awesome to work with.

They started the job at 8 am, finished by 3 pm! They work hard! I was at work, and they were so fast and so clean, the only way I knew they were there was the fact that we had a brand new beautiful roof! I will constantly recommend straight arrow roofing to anyone who needs work done on their roof!

EDIT: fast forward 6 months and we have purchased and moved into a new home. After a terrible wind storm I called Straight Arrow Roofing hoping to get a few lost shingles replaced. I was expecting to wait at least a week to get the issue fixed as I’m sure most homes in Brantford lost shingles in the storm. Nope! Joel had a team out here within the hour taking care of us. FANTASTIC customer service and work - look no further for roofing needs. Call them!

Process was straight forward. Quote and Package were nicely prepared in a timely manner - his team showed up prepared and ready to work.

If anyone brings up in conversation that they need a roof I will be recommending Joel and Straight Arrow Roofing in a heartbeat.
