I have nothing but great things to say about MOLDAR Roofing. They did a free roof inspection of my home and immediately advised me that they did see extensive hail damage. They handled everything with regards to my insurance and were readily available when the insurance sent an adjuster to inspect my roof. This was very important because they (MOLDAR Roofing) were able to point out the areas of damage to the adjuster, so that they would not miss anything. MOLDAR Roofing handled all communications with my insurance and always kept me in the loop so that I could make the final decision on whether to accept or decline what the insurance was willing to pay out on. Before accepting the insurance’s offer, MOLDAR Roofing explained to me the cost of replacing my roof and they worked with me to avoid having to pay anything out of pocket. Once they began replacing my roof, they worked quickly and efficiently. It took approximately 2 days to complete the job. Upon completion of the roof, I was able to inspect it and anything that I had concerns with were immediately addressed and fixed, if needed. The only complaint that I had was that some of my landscaping (plants) were roughed up a bit. But to MOLDAR Roofing’s credit they did tell me ahead of the work starting that there may be some damage to the plants, but that they would do their best to try to keep it from happening. All in all MOLDAR Roofing did an outstanding job on my roof and I want to especially thank Jesus Lozano from MOLDAR Roofing for all his hard work and attention to detail. He made this whole process easy and stress free.
