I was initially very pleased that Jose showed up to assist us fix some tiles fast before a storm, however, I have been waiting for months for the pictures of them fixed. We paid him for the job yet he says he fixed the roof but lost the pictures and that he will show up to take new pictures, never shows up and then doesn't respond. Not the best business etiquette and very unreliable.
