He was professional, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process feel seamless.The two workers who came to do the job were absolutely fantastic. They worked wonderfully as a team, were respectful, and did an excellent job. The whole experience was very professional. Our rep was not a pushy salesman, he gave us time to think things through and answered all of our questions. He brought samples and pictures that allowed us make an informed decision.The installation day all went well. We were in communication to ensure the propose date was not changed due to weather.The installers arrived at the time agreed and were diligent and very courteous and professional.The whole installation took one day.
Very happy with our new roof from Rydel! Between the no obligation quote at the beginning of the process to meeting with the project coordinator to discuss project details, to the actual completion of the roof as well as all the communications in between, Rydel has absolutely impressed me.Standout things for me:- great market competitive quote for a great quality roof (didn’t need to haggle)- $500 deposit and didn’t have to pay any installments or in full until the project was complete- roof was completed in 1 day with a very professional crew that did a thorough clean-up after themselves- our project coordinator Josh was incredibly timely with responding to any of our questions as well as giving us updates on project start dates well in advance so we were prepared on the day of.Would definitely recommend this company for whatever roofing project is needed!
