I contacted Terry from Straight Arrow Roofing after visiting VELUX Canada in Oakville in August 2025. I was extremely impressed by his quick, professional response to my request for an on-site visit and a quote to replace my old skylights. Terry completed the on-site estimate with great professionalism and care—he took detailed notes, explained everything clearly, and did not charge any fees for the assessment.
It took about a month for us to finalize all the details, and the work was completed in early October (and while a shorter timeline would have been ideal, the final result was well worth the wait). Terry and his Straight Arrow Roofing crew did an outstanding job on my roof and skylights. Both old damaged skylights were replaced perfectly. The team worked methodically and professionally, with zero damage to the interior or paint. Everything was kept clean, neat, and left spotless once the job was done.
Terry and his team are trustworthy, fair, knowledgeable, and humble. As VELUX specialists, they are true professionals who always put the customer first. They should be on everyone’s contact list for skylight or roofing services. I highly recommend Terry and the Straight Arrow Roofing crew to anyone looking for top-quality workmanship and great pricing.
