Advanced level roofing to did a great job repairing my damaged siding. The company kept me in formed of the timing of when the work would be done. Then the gents coming to do the work called ahead of time to let us know when they would arrive,once here explained what they would do!,The repairs were done efficiently and well done. Would definitely recommend them !

My shingles were installed 22 years ago when the house was built and were showing signs of wear. I called Advanced Level Roofing (ALR) on the recommendation of my neighbour and am very pleased I used them. I called Spenser for an estimate and found him to be very knowledgeable, professional and polite. Spenser priced out Class 4 high impact resistant shingles over a three system roof build up comprising IKO Stormshield, IKO Stormtite, R&R metal drip edge plus additional ventilation to increase airflow and prevent mold. Additionally Working with Johnathan (Operations) and Loveleen (my assigned Project Co-ordinator) was a pleasure as the time leading to the installation phase drew closer. The new materials were delivered after the snow had melted and craned onto on the roof to facilitate the install crew.
I chose to use the same installation crew (Gerando) as my neighbour due to their attitude toward safety, organization and high degree of industry pride and workmanship where each member of the crew knew exactly where to be and what to do next. I saw no one standing around or waiting for instructions. And the work was completed in 8 hrs for an average sized roof area.
Upon completion Gerardo’s crew cleared up leaving my yard completely clean, tidy and spotless.
I strongly recommend ALR for your re-shingling project. They also install solar systems.

Great to deal with from day one and they followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the work performed. The crew that installed the shingles were very professional and respectful, . The following is a "shout out" to the installers. The install took place right after I left for work and I happily came home to a fully completed job and a perfectly clean yard! I'm very happy with the outcome. Will definitely recommend.

This company is awesome -- from their very courteous and kind CEO, Mitch, down to their respectful and trustworthy project/technical managers and technical crew. They deserve my respect and appreciation. We used their service back in 2020 for roof and siding repairs due to hail damage and everytime I reach out to them, whether big or tiny issue, they never fail to respond, address and send their crew right away to fix everything. They are easy to deal with. Just last week, our siding was blown by the strong wind and again, I reached out to Mitch, the CEO, and she responded to my e-mail right away. He mentioned that even if our warranty already expired, he is willing to send his men to fix the damage at no cost, and just the following day he meant what he said, his men repaired the damage for free. He is so kind, always, and even his technical team who reached out to me, they are very courteous and kind. I can see how they sincerely value their customers and I believe that if a company truly values his customers, everything will follow -- quality of work, great service, good relationship with customers, etc. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing and siding needs. Advanced Level Roofing was great! They were on time, got the job done, and we didn't even have to be home. We came home to a beautiful new roof, it was excellent. I did find some nails laying around, however, when they called for a follow-up they sent someone the next week to do another circle around the house with their magnet picker upper. Fenix is so easy to speak with and very knowledgeable, we hope to be speaking to him again in the spring to talk about solar panels. AAANNNDDD they have 12 month 0% financing, this was such a bonus. Was very happy with the new roof provided by Advanced Level Roofing from start to finish. Advanced Level Roofing contacted this week to make an appointment for a final inspection of the finished roof. Alex arrived at the time as provided and explained the process and said he would check in once the inspection was completed. I provided one area in particular of part of the metals installation and he said he would check that out. It was very cold so I greatly appreciated that I could stay inside and he would check out my concern. He was about 20 minutes to check out and then returned with pictures from the drone showing the roof status. Alex also had seen my one concern and this was discussed. Alex was very knowledgable and provided information on solar panels if I was going to consider this option in the future. Very professional and greatly appreciated the follow up, inspection and information. Would recommend Advanced Level Roofing for any roofing projects.
