City Roofing & Exteriors provided an excellent service in replacing our roof. Their team was very courteous and serving us with confidence. They worked very diligently and completed the job in a timely manner. The clean up job they did was excellent before they left the site. We appreciate that very much !

Special Thank You to City Roofing and Exteriors
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to City Roofing and Exteriors for the recent replacement of our roof. Although we encountered some challenges during the process — including the noticeable difference between the new shingles and the old pine shake, as well as gaps, holes, and areas of stucco that fell off after the work — we truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown in addressing these concerns.
A special thank you to the management team, Ashley and Jacky, for your patience, for listening to our concerns, and for finding effective solutions to resolve each issue. Your commitment to customer satisfaction made all the difference.
We also want to recognize Cody, whose work in repairing the soffit and replacing the wall flashing was done beautifully and with great attention to detail.
We are very pleased with the final outcome and highly recommend City Roofing and Exteriors to anyone considering roof replacement or exterior work. Your dedication and service have been greatly appreciated.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a residential roof replacement take?
Most Calgary residential roofs finish in one day; larger or steeper homes may need a second day.
How does City Roofing & Exteriors support an insurance claim?
It documents damage with photos and an Xactimate-format estimate. The property owner files with the insurer, and the company does not bill the insurer directly.
What does a City Roofing & Exteriors commercial roof inspection include?
The assessment checks drainage, flashing, penetrations and visible interior signs of water entry; reports can include photos and findings.
How long do City Roofing & Exteriors siding projects take?
Most residential siding projects take 2–5 days, depending on home size and siding type.
What happens before City Roofing & Exteriors starts a roof repair?
A no-charge on-site assessment comes first, followed by a written scope before work; a final inspection checks that the repair is complete and weathertight.
