Great experience with FRS. Brendan & Alex visited our home and inspected our roof to identify the source of water that had been leaking into a bathroom. Brendan clearly explained the issue using video and photos taken while on our roof and then outlined their recommended repair. This seemed comprehensive with great attention to detail and Brendan & Alex took time to answer our many questions.When the repair was performed the two roofers again used video and photos to document and share their work with us and also took time to explain their work. A week after completion of the job Brendan returned to inspect the work that had been performed and to ensure our satisfaction. The communication from the office to schedule visits was good and the price for the repair seemed very fair. Would definitely use FRS again for future roofing.
FRS did a great job with both the work and the cleanup. The crew was timely and focused and all very nice guys. In addition to a full roof replacement, FRS was able to repoint our chimney and take care of wooden gutter maintenance and repair. It was very helpful to get everything done at once! Rick (consultant for the project) and Raphael (production manager) were particularly helpful in getting everything done as requested. There was a brief drop in communication at one point but Raphael had it sorted quickly. Overall, very pleased with the quality of the work and the experience.
If you need a new quality roof replaced call FRS roofing. This has been the absolute best customer service experience I have had with any company. I needed a total roof replacement in order to install my solar panels system and was working under a very tight timeline. Rick was so understanding, patient, communicative and really went the extra mile to make this project happen. The quality of work is exceptional; with a fantastic crew who worked tirelessly and left the property immaculate afterward.I want to especially recognize two FRS employees who were above and beyond exceptional in every dealing I had with them Eric and Enio. Erick, the roofing tech/sales project, spent hours carefully inspecting and photographing my old roof and took the time to show me the footage and walk me through the specifics long before I even spent a penny or even committed to the job. He also took the time to come to my home two days after the project ended to inspect the new roof and make sure that everything was properly installed. Enio is a great field super who came to my home the same day when the roof was completed and made sure that I was happy with the work and that the roofing crew cleaned after them.
