I had my roof replaced in Aug 2023. In 2025 we had heavy rain and we had a massive leak in the kitchen. I called Belmar and the guy came and fixed it for us. The flashing and transitions by the chimney were replaced wrong causing a leak. We called Belmar multiple times and the receptionist said the owner would get back to us . He did in August 2025 saying that someone would be out to fix the ceiling after summer holidays. Now it’s March 2026 and still nothing. No returned calls and no repair done.

We recently had 14 of our condos in Port Elgin replaced with new shingles. Our corporation and owners can't say enough about the workmanship performed by this company .Dave your team of Harold, David and their 2 helpers went above and beyond every day as they went from condo to condo and worked with each owner to make this happen .Every condo owner expressed gratitude to the guys how they cleaned up everyday when they finished for the day. Their workmanship was so appreciated I wish I could have given them a 10 . The team at Belmar are fantastic, Nick - the estimator was super easy to get in touch with and answered all my questions and was available for more follow up questions when the rest of the neighbours wanted in on a good deal (10 houses on my street). The roofing crew worked lightning fast and provided quality work. The cleanup crew had the the bin removal and site cleaned up after completion of the roof on the same day. The office crew were great is post follow up. Highly Recommend.
