Buyer beware! They talk a good story, but they are a terrible company to work with. I reached out to custom contracting to do heating cables on my house. Big mistake. It took them almost 3 months to complete the work, when my whole reason for enlisting them was to save myself time while I'm getting my house ready for a new baby. They did sloppy work, incorrect work, showed up with wrong materials, said they were coming when they weren't, showed up multiple times and left with no plan of how to complete the work, did a partial job then left abruptly (with no communication), were generally terrible in communication. It's almost like they were looking for ways to not complete the job. I spent Christmas day on my roof correcting their mistakes so my roof wouldn't get damaged by the ice damming (while also picking up cigarette butts left in my gutters). It was more work and aggravation (while they charged me thousands of $) than it would have been to do it myself. I eventually had to figure out for them how to melt some snow on my roof ( and spent hundreds of my own dollars again), so they could do the work. If I hadn't, lord knows they'd still be thinking of ways to not the work. Find someone else. It's hard to believe these guys are still in business when they are so poorly managed.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. The roof was done 12 years ago and today I noticed a small problem. Immediately Darryl was here and on the roof checking everything making preventative repairs. Very honest and trustworthy business.
