We had our roof replaced through insurance due to wind damage. Insurance can be very confusing but the rep from Canton Roofing did a great job of explaining everything so we understood what we were committing to. Also, communication was great and we ended up getting our roof installed earlier than we expected.
UPDATE!!!! I will bump them up to a four star after my initial review of a 2 star they reached back out to me as to what they need to do to make things right with me that does mean alot and that maybe this company does care. I just musta just had a one off situation with them and maybe they will do stellar throughout other people jobs...BEWARE!!! I am so glad it seems they do good for everyone else but my experience with them has not been stellar. I had them do some gutter, fascia repair and siding installed. for one this company doesn't do the actual work they have subcontractors for the work. Two make absolutely sure your estimate is what you want done and written in the plan because for mine they completely missed my detached garage making my estimate go up by like 7 more thousand dollars. Then circle back to the subcontractors that were here doing the work just utter total disorder stuff was just constantly thrown everywhere they set up work station right in my drive leaving nails everywhere all the time just glad I had the attention to detail to pick them up my self to save from getting them in the tires of my car. It is said in other reviews about there attention to detail I did not see that there are quite a few things that need attention that should have been done right in the first place. Just not the job I was expecting from a so called highly rated company. they would apologize and apologize threw the whole thing but just kinda seemed empty cause the same things over and over were happening.
Believe it or not, it is December, cold and snowy but Canton Roofing found a way to install a brand new BEAUTIFUL metal roof on our house! We worked mostly with Jarrett and Clayton and found them to be professional, considerate and kind every step of the way, not just until we signed on the dotted line! There were so many positive people involved in the process, the crew that took off our roof, the crew that put on our roof as well as the office staff and everyone was amazing. Communication was their biggest strength as we were always in the loop with discussions, especially those concerning the December weather! We HIGHLY recommend Canton Roofing because when you’re making that kind of investment,you want it done by the best!
Can’t recommend them highly enough! These guys know roofs! We replaced our 23 y/o roof. They explained everything thoroughly. Quality materials. Attention to detail is second to none. They follow up quickly and doubly make sure nothing is left undone. Customer service exceptional! And all of this at final price under $3K+ of what I was expecting to pay. Doesn’t get any better than that. ????
