Andrew Sabota and David Sabota are wonderful to work with. The brothers found the wind damage to our roof on a recent roof inspection. They explained how the roof damage needed repaired. They did all the work with our insurance company, took a sample of the shingles to give to the insurance agent, spoke with the insurance agent. When the insurance company approved the job they came to our home and explained how the process would work, showed us shingle samples. They brought the paperwork for us to sign all in the comfort of our home. As soon as the weather improved they called to see if they could do the installation. We were quite surprised as we had a really cold and snowy winter. Our roof was completely done in one warm dry day on February 9 2026 which was much sooner than expected. The crew did an excellent job, they laid tarps all around the house to catch anything that fell. After the job was completed they cleaned up everything and walked all around the house with a magnet to make sure they didn’t miss any nails. The Sabota brothers came the next day to make sure everything was done correctly and they walked with a magnet just to be sure no nails were missed. The whole thing start to finish was a great experience. We would highly recommend Division 1 Roofing.
David and Andrew worked diligently with my insurance company to help get my roof replaced by noting all the damaged shingles I didn't notice. They answered all my many questions, set up viewings of completed roofing jobs that helped me decide on the shingles I wanted. On installation day, the Division 1 team knocked it out in one day and left the site clean as a whistle! They even did my shed roof using leftover materials! Would HIGHLY recommend them for any roof work you may need!!!

Division One Roofing was fantastic. After some storm damage last spring, Andrew and his brother helped me file the insurance claim and guided me through the entire process with total transparency. They were straightforward and supportive the whole way, which I really appreciated as a first-timer dealing with this. It took a few months to get everything sorted, but once the claim was approved, they replaced the roof in less than a day. Highly recommend them for their honesty and efficiency!
Sales team was knowledgeable and professional explaining options and plans. The roof looks great, and was done in a day. The only down side was I spent a day cleaning up random nails. That being said, I am happy with, and can recommend this team.
