I am a property manager here in the Iona-McGregor and have owned 36 residential rental properties over the last 35 years. After Hurricane Ian I have had a duplex in need of roof replacement and after my Insurance claim was finally settled I have contracted the job to Roof EZ Inc. The process of working with owner/operator Jason Polly has been seamless from commitment to completion. The roof shingles were put on a gabled roof which is a more difficult proposition but I am thoroughly satisfied with his courtesy and professionalism. That extends through his workers from the roof to the office personnel.I will be using Roof EZ Inc.from this point further as the properties find need for roofing repairs and replacement.
One call does it all. From the professional office staff to the estimator (Eugene), to the emergency crew that got here and sealed off the hole within two hours, to the same crew that returned just a few days later to lay down some board and replacement shingles.... stellar-stellar-stellar. I wish I had got the names of the two guys who fixed the roof but they know who they are. Excellent workers. Excellent work. You'd never even know there was a huge limb sticking out of the roof just a few days earlier. Bravo.
After all of the trials and tribulations that we have experienced with trying to get our roof done with previous companies after the hurricane we had finally found the one! Although there were a few mess ups that are now fixed Josh & I want to say thank you to Adam & Wesley for making sure that things got properly fixed in a timely manner.
