Castillo Brothers Roofing LLC

eric and johnathan took care of the roof repair at my house, and i’m very pleased with the results. they were respectful and paid close attention to how they moved through my attic, making sure not to cause any damage to the ceiling. they were also very detailed when checking the flex hose that links the bathroom exhaust fan to the roof vent. eric made sure i understood the plan for fixing the damaged roof section, swapping out the roof vent, and reconnecting the bathroom fan vent to the roof. i really appreciated their care in using both the new shingles provided by the team and the leftover shingles i had from the original roof, so everything matched up nicely. after finishing the job, the team made sure all debris was cleaned up, leaving my home and yard looking spotless. the professionalism and respect shown by your crew stood out. i also want to mention johnathan for his efforts in getting the right replacement shingles and coordinating everything smoothly. your strong relationship with roofing material suppliers and your company’s knowledge about warranties are valuable for anyone who’s invested in a quality roof. overall, i’m very satisfied with the roofing service and would recommend your team to others in need of roof repair here in nevada, where the hot weather makes quality roofing extra important.

Castillo Brothers Roofing LLC is by far the most professional and skilled roofing company I’ve worked with in Carson City. From the first inspection to the final installation, they guided me through every step—helping me choose the right shingles, underlayment, and pipe boots to fit my home’s needs. Brandon went above and beyond to make the whole process smooth, especially when it came to working with my insurance company for a full roof replacement. I highly recommend reaching out for any roof repairs or replacements—you’ll be glad you did!

After starting on my new shop project, I had a great experience working with this roofing team. From the very first call, Johnathan and Eric were extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. They took the time to explain every step, which I really appreciated since I’m not very experienced with construction. The crew always showed up early and worked hard, making sure every detail of my metal roof was just right. The final result looked fantastic—exactly what I hoped for. It was clear that they care about their work and treat their customers like family. If anyone in the area is looking to add a sturdy metal roof or build a shop, I highly recommend this team. The photos I’ve shared show how well they handled everything from start to finish.

After a big storm caused our ceiling to collapse in two upstairs bedrooms, we needed urgent help with our roof in Carson City. We’re so grateful we found this roofing company. I spoke directly with the manager, David, who quickly came out to inspect the damage and explained everything clearly. David and his crew got started right away and kept us updated with photos as they worked, which really helped us feel at ease. They were always professional, fast, and answered any questions we had. Even though we were dealing with a stressful situation, the whole process went smoothly thanks to their efficiency and excellent communication. I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing quick and reliable roof repairs in Carson City.

After a recent storm caused hail damage to our roof and garage, I reached out to a local roofing company for help. I met with Grant, who was very professional and explained all our options for getting our roof and siding replaced. He patiently answered all my questions about insurance and really went the extra mile talking with our insurance company. I also worked with Tanner, who kept me informed every step of the way, especially about when our new siding and roofing materials would arrive and be installed. Tanner made sure we were up to date and also helped us out with the insurance process. Both Grant and Tanner made everything go smoothly and really helped ease our concerns when the insurance company seemed like they might not cover everything. The installation crew that worked on our roof and siding were efficient, professional, and did a great job cleaning up once the work was done. In the hot Nevada sun, they worked quickly and made sure everything was done right. We’re also having our gutters installed soon, and I’m really looking forward to seeing the finished result! If I could give more than five stars, I would! I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone dealing with storm damage or just wanting to improve their home. If we ever have any more roof issues, I know exactly who to call.
