Artisan Quality Roofing

Two weeks ago, a strong front came through and ripped a large section of shingles off the roof of our separate garage, I immediately started looking for a Roofing contractor and after extensive research decided to contact Artisan Quality Roofing, they responded very quickly and I was able to have them on-site with my insurance investagator the next day. The decision was made to replace the entire roof and by the next day Artisan provided a quote which was inline with the insurance estimate. We entered into an agreement and were able to get on their schedule for the following week.

Artisan indicated that the complete tare off and replacement would take one day( if you live in the South, generally you take schedules with a grain of salt). In advance of the date, Artisan was in constant contact outlining what to expect, they indicated that they would be on-site 6am on the install day and sure enough, trucks started showing up about 5:50, by 6:00 the shingles arrived. Within minutes, multiple crew's started prepping the site with tarps around the base and laying out what was needed. Once complete, at least 10 men were on the roof stripping off the existing shingles while others were on the ground policing the area. In no time new underlayment was going down followed by shingles. The whole process was complete by 3:30, cleaned up and trucks pulling out.

I headed a large construction management firm for 30 years, we primarily delt with commercial, industrial and institutional projects, however, the mechanics of any project are still the same. Speaking from experience, Artisan Quality Roofing is a well oiled machine, they use all their own men, the workers are skilled at what they do and the entire process is well organized. The end result is a Quality product by a professional team.

Take it from me, I have many years behind me selecting contractors and overseeing projects, I would recommend this one to anyone.

It was a great experience working with Artisan Quality Roofing. They were professional and always kept us informed on all the steps involved before the installation process. The crew arrived exactly during the time frame specified and the foreman on the job was respectful and kept us in the loop. Their mobile/internet technology was great with providing pictures during the process. Their pricing was reasonable, but most important, they were honest. Not storm chasers. This was an incredible experience. Artisan communicated beautifully and were crystal clear with their pricing and timelines. When the day came their crew was amazing. They were hard at work by 7am and fully completed the job by 4pm. This wasn't a small job as our house has a LOT of roof. Including extras like replacing skylights and repairing damaged wood. The roof looks amazing and the crew worked just as hard on clean up as they did on the roof replacement.
