I can’t say enough about our experience from start to finish with Legacy in Moore County NC. I reached out to Jon Kitchen after a neighbor in our community posted his information on a local neighborhood page. She had fantastic things to say about her experience with him and Legacy as a whole. Jon was at our house within a few days and I felt he gave us an honest assessment of the property. He walked us through next steps and reminded us that he would be available to assist in any way throughout the course of dealing with insurance. Jon spearheaded much of the communication with USAA and before we knew it, the new roof was being installed. I was beyond impressed with the roofing crew. They were unbelievably fast, efficient, and kind. They cleaned up every ounce of trash and debris. Jon came over a handful of times during and after installation to ensure it was up to standard. This was our first roof replacement experience and I’m not sure it gets better than this! We are incredibly appreciative of Jon and the legacy team. We are an active duty family and my husband has a high standard for work ethic, communication, and craftsmanship. Needless to say, Legacy exceeded all expectations and is a well oiled machine.
Five stars and six if I could. Best roofing experience with timeliness, curtesy, honesty, and pricing. After a wind storm dropped a branch on my roof the damage was not visible from the exterior. The professionals at Legacy Roofing, and Mr. Mike Davis, was able to determine the issue and showed absolute professionalism and kindness in his ability to respond and direct action towards this same day repair. Legacy construction did a phenomenal job with my roof. After a rain storm revealed a leak in my house, I contacted Aiden Simon with Legacy and he was great. I was very impressed with this young man. Aiden came out and found the cause of the leak and discovered a lot of hail damage from a previous storm. Aiden met with my claims adjuster and with hesitation, my insurance approved a full replacement for my roof. 100% would recommend Legacy Construction. Ask for Aiden Simon
We noticed Legacy Construction and Roofing installing roofs in our neighborhood of Whispering Pines. We called Jon kitchen with Legacy to stop by for a free roof inspection to see if we also had hail damage from the recent May storm. Jon jumped up took some photos and came down to show us what condition our roof was in. To our surprise we also had damage. Jon met with the insurance adjuster to insure a fair inspection and our roof and it was approved for a full roof replacement. Thanks to Jon kitchen with Legacy and his crew led by Alejandro, they installed a beautiful roof that will last for many many years. We now have peace of mind knowing that not only do we have a beautiful roof like all my neighbors do , but also that a Company will be here for us for years for to come.
