I have done business with On Tops Roofing for about 30 years and not once have I been disappointed. They did a new construction roof for a house we built, repaired a 25 year old house we bought and later replaced that roof after storm damage. They showed up when promised, did the work, cleaned up and left. When they were gone, there was no evidence of them being there...none of the usual trash on the ground, no nails strewn around.... just a nice new roof that never gave any trouble. The crew was efficient and polite. They did not mind me hanging out and asking questions. I got an education or roofing as well as a new roof.I will not do business with anyone else.
I was referred to On Tops Roofing and I'm very thankful for the referral. On Tops was a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. They were super responsive and quickly available for my repair. I had a vent that was no longer needed from my water heater replacement and it had started leaking into my when it rained. On Tops came out and removed the old vent and repair my roof like the vent never even existed. The crew that came out arrived early, repaired it quickly and were very nice. 4-1/2 years ago On Tops Roofing replaced our roof and gutters. Although our roof is complicated, with a lot of gables and steep pitch, the job was completed on time and with no unexpected issues. The new roof and gutters look fantastic and we have experienced zero leaks or issues with the roof over the years. Recently, we had a dryer vent that needed replacement. We contacted On Tops and they replaced the vent and repaired the shingles around the vent. The roof looks as good today as it did 4-1/2 years ago. If you want a reliable roof from a company you can trust to complete the job in a timely fashion, with integrity and who stands behind the finished product - even years later, then On Tops is the best choice!
