Shield Roofing & Solar

Shield Roofing company has been great in providing good service. They responded in a timely manner and did a great job in fixing my roof. Thanks to Patrick Johnson for getting it done as soon as I called him. Simmone from customer service has been very pleasant and helpful in my needs. I'll definitely recommend them

We were tired of the calls and knock on the door of people wanting to inspect our roof. For some reason we listened to what Tristan had to say. He was confident, professional, and polite. He painstakingly went through all the details and said once we agreed on using them we could sit back and watch. We were impressed and went with them to check out our roof and hired them to replace it. Tristan ended up being our site supervisor. It only took a day to rip off the old roof and install the new. Tristan worked with our insurance adjustor and we got a complete roof and more, like gutters and fence repair. They were skillful, fast, and polite. Completely satisfied and they did more than what we expected. The roof really looks good. We went with the black. They will be our roofer from now on.

I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding job my roofer did on my home. From start to finish, the entire process was handled with true professionalism and excellence. They replaced my old roof, removed and installed new gutters, and even took care of disconnecting and reconnecting my solar panels—everything was done flawlessly. What impressed me most was how smoothly they managed the insurance claim. They worked directly with my insurance agent, kept me informed at every step, and completed all the work within the insurance estimate. I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket, which was a huge relief. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch, the communication was clear and consistent, and the whole project was completed on time. If you’re looking for a roofer who is reliable, knowledgeable, and truly committed to doing things right, I highly recommend them. An exceptional experience all around. I highly recommend Shield Roofing.

I did a lot of research and got several quotes from roofer companies in our area, and I feel very lucky to have found Patrick Johnson. Patrick is professional, responsive and easy to work with. His project manager and team did an excellent job on my roof - everything looks great so far. Their price was not the cheapest one, but the quality of their work is definitely the most professional. Patrick even came back himself after the roof was finished to make sure everything was cleaned up properly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and dedication to doing a thorough job.

It is my pleasure to tell people that Shield Roofing & Contracting LLC did a beautiful job on replacing my roof after a hail storm. We now have the most beautiful roof in the neighbor. I love the color and the gutter people gave us a beautiful color. Bryan McLemore was with us during all of this and helped us so much. I would not forget Simone (office secretary) either as she has helped us with all the paperwork. These are the kindest people to work with. Thank all of you so much. Steve and Virginia Williams
