This is a follow up review. Shawn and his team at SSR re-roofed our concrete tile home in 2021, and they did a great job. We did not replace tiles, just all of the other work that was needed - underlayment, bird-stops added, some wood fascia replacement, and a redo of our back yard patio roof. I am adding today my great thanks to Shawn and his team for sending a couple of his guys to our home yesterday, within 8 hours of my sending a photo to Shawn where a chunk of roofing concrete had fallen to the ground near my chimney. Working with Shawn has been fantastic. His service and expertise are second to none. He is very honest and straight forward. We used him first in 2021 for repairs on a roof leak on our recently purchased home and he was able to have his crew repair it well and it is still holding up great after 4 years. I recently had Shawn come out again to inspect the roof and although it’s getting closer to time to replace the whole roof, he is very up front that we can wait longer if we’d like. He is not high pressure and will give you the best advice possible. We definitely plan to use Shawn when we decide to replace the roof sometime in the next 1-3 years most likely.

At a time when you think how can I afford to repair the entire roof of a 2K square foot house, this company gives you the best bid and the end result was phenomenal. Our neighbor replaced their roof with a different company and they left a mess. SSR team did not leave a trace of any left over materials or debris from the work!
