Reviews

What customers say

Several customers describe getting help with urgent leaks or ice buildup. One customer says the roofer removed roof ice, made runoff grooves and showed photos; another says a repair stopped living-room flooding during a rainstorm. The feedback is mixed: one reviewer says water continued leaking from her husband’s metal roof after an attempted repair and Justin stopped answering her calls; another says the company took payment upfront but never arrived for scheduled work and communicated poorly.

Justin did a beautiful job on my husband's metal roof! The problem I have with him is that due to where he didn't leave enough over hang on the roof water leaks in. It runs down and stains my walls and ceilings. He came out and put more screws, but it didn't fix. Now he won't answer my calls. It was a great price.

Justin arrived quickly to my panicked call about a possible roof leak right above the breaker boxes in my house. He was extremely knowledgeable & after taking a look inside he knew the cause was ice build-up in the valley of my roof. He hopped right up there & removed the ice then made grooves for runoff in other spots to prevent more build-up. After he showed me photos of everything. The fee was totally reasonable but the peace-of-mind was priceless. Highly recommend Roofing America. Justin is super nice guy.

Justin and Scott were great!! They came to my Mom's house in Beaver and took care of the ice and snow build up which was causing a leak in her bedroom from the ceiling fan and window. Justin was very easy to deal with both on the phone and in person. We will definitely call him again. Thanks Justin and Scott!!!!

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. This roofing company turned my experience into a masterclass in incompetence. We paid them upfront, and that’s apparently where their effort ended. From there, it was nothing but a cycle of false promises and pathetic excuses. They told me again and again that they’d be here “tomorrow,” yet not a single person ever showed up. Not once. Their communication is beyond bad—it’s practically nonexistent. I had to chase them down just to hear the same empty line repeated like a broken record. It felt less like dealing with a business and more like dealing with someone who thinks “customer service” means pretending to care for 10 seconds and then vanishing into thin air. The level of disregard they showed for my time and money is unreal. If this is how they handle the scheduling, I shudder to imagine what their actual roofing work would look like. If you value your sanity, your schedule, or basic human communication, run the other way. This company perfected one thing: being spectacularly unreliable.

Ashley Ritchie

We had a major leak during a heavy rainstorm and water was pouring into our living room. I called last minute, and he came out immediately—in the pouring rain—and got the situation under control. He worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and made a solid repair that stopped the flooding right away. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly cares about helping people, even in emergencies. Would highly recommend if you need any roof work done.
