I had a minor roof damage from tv satellite falling down and causing holes with water damage. Gennadi came and changed all layers and provided picture for every step, he did a great job with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend for repairs!
Gennadiy was amazing and fast! I was referred to him by my cousin and he did not disappoint . He was clear about the issues on my roof and listed out the work that needed to be done. I love the photos that he provides as well once the work is completed. His prices are reasonable and he will work with you as well with payment . Definitely will use him again.
Responsible for getting my In-Laws home finished in time for a closing. I called and New Roof gave me a Free quote the next morning. It took 1-1/2 days as you can see in the photos of Extensive Work to remove several Majorly damaged areas that they Repaired and Replaced correctly. They communicated with me when they finished the first evening and cleaned up the yard before they returned the following morning to finish. Their work was reinspected by the buyers realtor team and they didn’t need to go back for any items, allowing our close to complete on-time the next morning - we couldn’t have been more pleased!!I am scheduling them to come look at some new issues on my current roof where I live at Raintree Neighborhood in Charlotte!

Not only did he explain everything to me, let me pick what repairs I needed done from his recommendations, give me honest answers, but he kept me updated on the progress of the repair on the day of with pictures and videos. As a first time home owner, having to find someone to fix one of the most important structures of the house was a very daunting and stressful task. Alex with New Roof eased that stress and made me feel like I had known him for years, and that he would take care of everything. Lastly, the prices were the best out of the 5 other companies that gave a quote.
