Chase Lounsbury and Frank who was our roofing project manager presented a sound well documented proposal to us. Frank explained the detail of the materials fastener types and spacing, the ice dam sealing used and when it could be done. Having watched him install two other roofs on our street I understood that his estimate of two days to strip and prep our roof and install new shingles was realistic. Given a couple of reasonable weather in a row that is exactly what it took I also had two skylights replaced and all of my gutters and gutter guards replaced. It all looks great. We highly recommend Lounsbury Roofing. Our issue was addressed within 24 hours of calling the number provided. Bobby made an appt for us and sent an email confirmation, and Frank showed up at 9:46 for the 10am appt. He assessed the issue, blew the leaves off the roof, re-caulked a couple of areas, created a small patch for the "chewed" shingles in question, and cleaned our two skylights. The bill was very reasonable and Frank told us our roof was in good shape for at least another 5-10 years, so he didn't try to sell us on an unnecessary service. We appreciated his courtesy and honesty and will not hesitate to call Lounsbury Roofing for any future roofing needs.

I was very impressed with this company. They have been professional in every way. The crew worked hard and fast. They were respectful of my property and pleasant when I spoke with them. They were hard working and didn’t dilly dally. They cleaned up afterwards and I’ve not seen one nail. The roof looks beautiful. Frank came out afterwards and checked again for nails. I believe he was checking the work. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

He was very experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, polite and patient, addressing all of our questions and concerns. The roofing crew showed up promptly as scheduled and were very skilled, professional, detailed and extremely careful not to harm surrounding landscaping.
