Great service and assistance with filing homeowners claim. I had a 20-year-old roof that had accumulated significant wind and hail damage. Guardian walked me through the process of filing a claim and ensuring my insurance company was completely satisfied with documentation. The roof looks fantastic! I also replaced all the gutters and downspouts, which also look much better now.

Dylan walked us through the entire process of replacing our roof from offering advice on the insurance process to choosing materials and scheduling. He did the initial inspection which showed hail damage to our roof and gutters. We were completely unaware of any damage at the time. The roof replacement was completely covered by our home owner’s insurance after an initial offer to just repair. I can’t say enough about the roofing crew. An entire team showed up early on a Wednesday morning. They were amazing. Had the old roof off in a couple of hours. They cleaned up that evening and returned to finish the following day. Dylan made a last visit on Friday to use his magnet to pick up any last nails or debris left over, there was very little. Our new roof looks beautiful. I would absolutely recommend Guardian Roofing for everyone. Have them come do an inspection for you. It could turn into a new roof. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

Guardian Roofing has given me the best roofing experience I've ever had. Dylan was so patient with me when I was having insurance claim issues for over a year. Dylan was very respectful with my time and money, and that is the value that is priceless. The roof looked amazing afterwards, the workers were very respectful and cleaned the yard up very well. Dylan Moore, sales agent, used his drone to review the roof and confirm storm damage. He was very knowledgeable/helpful in walking us through the process of working with our insurance company to file the claim. He remained in constant contact with us throughout this process. Zan Wright, owner, was easy to work with in scheduling the actual work to be done along with providing information we needed to know prior to be prepared and protect any property from damage. Randsom Mark, the roofing crew foreman, reached out to inform us of their prompt arrival and stayed on site during the entire project keeping us informed on progress. The roofers themselves were very efficient, small teams working separate areas of the roof simultaneously, allowed for a total completion of our 2500 sq ft home in only 1 day. This was a cold day in early January, and even with the quick removal and installation of the roof, the quality is evident upon inspection of the job at completion.
