Gasper was very quick to respond to request for quote. Once we got clarity on the quote we were able to quickly get the work scheduled. The team arrived when scheduled (following several weather delays (snow on roof) during which they frequently informed us of when they would be out - they protected our plants - and completed the work as planned. They did not try and increase the scope of work as the work was done - but were quick to point out one issue that needed to be addressed. They did a fantastic job cleaning up the property after they were done - obviously with the many roofing nails removed during the roof removal was of concern to us with a dog, but they swept the yard, both with rakes and magnets. The experience with Gasper was most excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them again if the need were to arise.
Gasper has done the roofing on all of our projects for many years now. Jason and the whole team are incredibly responsive and timely. When they install our roofing I know that it will be done correctly, thoroughly, and no corners will be cut. Excellent experience from Gasper! I had them replace a leaky roof. The workers showed up on time, and were exceptionally professional. They were quiet (no loud music) and clean. There wasn’t a single piece of material left behind. We have a lot of foliage around our house absolutely zero damage was done.
I’ve used Gasper Roofing several times over the years for minor repairs, and they’ve always been a pleasure to work with. This year, we finally decided to replace our roof, so I reached out to them again. The project included removing and reinstalling solar panels (which they helped coordinate), installing new gutters and shutters, and replacing some fascia that was torn off by the wind.They offered a fair price, completed the job promptly and professionally, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Everyone I interacted with—from our salesperson Will to the office team and the owner—was outstanding. I would definitely recommend Gasper Roofing for any roof projects.
Gasper Roofing was fantastic! They came out quickly to give me an estimate on replacing my roof and were very thorough. They even inspected my attic to look for any damage or potential problem areas so they could provide as accurate an estimate as possible. They had good recommendations on improving attic ventilation to maximize the life of the new roof. Everyone was very nice to work with and the estimator and project manager were both very communicative and quickly responded to all my questions. The PM also had no problems coordinating with my solar company to schedule removal & reinstallation of my solar panels around the roof work. The work crew was very respectful of my property and did a great job on the roof and cleaning up.
