We had an exceptional experience with Jayhawk. We discovered water seeping into our roof just before major storms were due to hit, which was incredibly stressful. They immediately helped secure our home while we waited for the full replacement and put us at ease right away.Our house was built in 1967, so we wanted to replace all of the decking boards. Jayhawk replaced all boards, used high-grade shingles and top-of-the-line materials, and the workmanship was excellent. The pricing was very fair for the quality of work provided. I work in property insurance and understand what proper work should cost.They were attentive, informative, and timely, had us scheduled within two weeks, and cleanup was fantastic. The roof looks amazing, and most importantly, we have complete peace of mind knowing our home is protected for many years to come.My parents also had Jayhawk replace their roof two years ago and have nothing but amazing things to say.We highly recommend.
Fantastic company. I cannot say enough good things about this company, recently I had a pretty bad roof leak, which also caused damages to the interior of my home. Jayhawk Exteriors was able to not only fix the roof, but they also determine that it was coming from the skylight!! They fixed my skylight also so it would not continue to be a problem. Nick kept me updated on the entire process and made me feel at ease about the timeline. They also fixed my interior!! The gentleman Niko who fixed the interior of my home did such a thorough job as if it were his own home. He was very detail oriented and matched the color of the ceiling almost perfect! He wouldn’t settle for just an okay repair, he wanted it to be the best it could be. He used such care while being inside my home, and cleaning up behind himself, so very professional, and they were pretty quick also. I hired Jayhawk Exteriors to replace my roof after a long search for "just the right contractor". I actually hired him before he came to my house for an inspection because of all the roofing companies that I spoke to, he actually has knowledge of roofing. He wasn't just a salesperson. His estimate was nearly the "best" in $$ but the warranty was the deal closer. The crew worked like a "well oiled machine" and the cleanup was very thorough. Very pleased with roof installation. The installation process/products were explained in detail. Site manager kept me informed of progress and provided follow up pictures. Team showed up on time and installation took a day and half. Warranty coverage was excellent and cost was reasonable. Jayhawk Exterior uses high quality GAF material and is a master elite and BBB A+. Cleanup was excellent overall. I highly recommend Jayhawk Exteriors.
Excellent service. From first contact to getting the new roof finished only took about a week. The roof job itself was only about 7 to 8 hours to complete. Very fair prices as well for a full roof, plus a detached garage, upgraded materials, etc. Highly recommend and veteran owned.
