AMP did a great job. The job was done on schedule and done in a timely manner. Thanks to the Sales Rep Tom Tworek who worked with my Insurance Company and had them cover extras that I'm sure they wouldn't have covered with just me dealing with them. Great company.

Thanks to a tornado, our close neighbor's referral, our insurance company, and AMP, we now have a new roof, gutters, gutter guards, and new siding on the west side! Matt Bacich, Account Manager, was instrumental in making it all happen! He is super informative, responsive, readily available, and customer service-oriented! Initially, he seemed to work collaboratively with the insurance adjuster. Then, he stayed on top of the May to October process, and he, with the office staff, kept us informed, and they delivered as promised!The roofing crew seemed to work well together in the 90+ degree heat. The siding crew, Caesar and Omar, I believe, worked well together as well. I also got to meet and chat with Griffin and Jose along the way. And I chatted with Tyler and Will at the office a few times. Everyone was courteous and helpful! So, kudos to the entire staff and crew who all contributed to making it happen! That said, we highly recommend Matt Bacich and AMP Restoration/Roofing without hesitation!

He did the initial inspection and even came back when our insurance adjuster was here to make sure everything was covered, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.The office staff was also excellent, keeping me updated and making sure I knew exactly what to expect on installation day. When it came time for the roof to be installed, the crew was efficient, professional, and the finished product looks amazing.Overall, it was a great experience!
