From start to finish, I could feel that he always put my interests first.When communication with my insurance company became difficult, Chris stepped in. He contacted the insurer, filed and refiled documents, and adjusted the claim repeatedly until the company finally approved most possible of coverage for the damage. Without his persistence, this would not have happened. In the past, I worked with a “big” roofing company, and when the insurance denied payment, their agent simply disappeared.This time, it began the same way—my insurance company refused to pay because their estimate was lower than the deductible. But thanks to Chris’s perseverance, I ultimately received the most possible coverage, and I’m very satisfied with my new roof.
