They didn't do the work that my insurance required them to do. Not only did they shortcut the work, they didn't replace the roof on my shed. I had to call and notify them that the job wasn't complete. They didn't want to replace the shed roof and I had to get my insurance provider involved with enforcing the repair. They caused damage to my property during the roof replacement and I had to hire a separate contractor to complete those repairs. Their billing/accounts payable department has a lot of confusion in their department and they don't process payments in a timely fashion, have lost checking account information, and tried to collect payments after I had already paid. When there's an abundance of roofing companies, I would assume a business would try their best to beat the competition. However, Affordable Roofing fell significantly short in customer service.

I was very happy with the job and work that was done. Then after a month after job was paid in full I get a new bill for $599.50 for strange vents that were installed in my roof, the vents I allready have have been fine for 48 years. Not very happy.

It you want a company that does good looking roof but forgets to put up your guts after your done and leave a huge mess including nail, and if they fix your roof over your garage you can guarantee I huge mess in your garage better hope there is no car because it will be covered in wood pieces and scratched and possibly worse. But when it comes to the roof shingles it wasn't too bad I guess.

Affordable roofing did the roof replacement of a house I was purchasing back in 2019. The roof started leaking with the first fall of snow. Took an act of God to get the leak repaired by them. They kept claiming that it was condensation. Ended up going to the city of Cheyenne for inspection. 5 items had to be addressed. 3 years later another leak developed. Then, Hail did me a favor. The high impact shingles didn't last because the roof deck looked like Swiss cheese that they nailed over. Some places had tin nailed over large holes. Other holes they just nailed over the holes. Have pictures of the proof. Why? Amazing that the roof didn't leak more. Code never followed.
