Reviews

What customers say

Two customers praised cleanup, and one also described the crews as friendly and polite. A customer credited Billy with finding a custom-gutter solution for a steep roof after other roofing companies declined the work, while another said a leaking roof was repaired in the rain. Concerns included one customer's report that a raised roof surface ponded more water and installation broke a floodlight and scratched fascia paint; the customer said they had not been contacted about repairs, while another said a problem-area gutter differed from the initial explanation, the person they called came over to explain a chimney blocked the planned slope, and they would call back if basement rain returned.

Of course, we had the wait, which was to be expected with the hail damage. I guess blitz throughout Cheyenne and many are still waiting until Spring. We had an additional five grand for decking to meet code which no one knew before. That extra decking sat out for six days until Capital lumber picked it up this morning, which is why we were waiting even though they were asked to pick it up Last Thursday or Friday. That was also including extra supplies for the roof that your company did pick up this morning also. The gutters in our problem spot weren’t done the way he first explained it to us, so we had to call him and he did come right over to explain it : it didn’t work out the way he had told us Because to get the slant previously described, apparently the chimney was in the way. He is hoping that it will take care of it, but we will see. It only happens when we have a heavy downpour. Which, as you know is infrequent. But when it happens, we get rain in our basement. I’m to call back if that happens again. All crews were friendly, polite, and good cleanup. We were very pleased with Mike as our sales person, and pleased with the cleanup that each crew did (except for the extra materials). So technically, I’d give you 4 1/2 stars if I could

Billy and his crew did an excellent job on our roof and gutters job. We have a very large and steep roof and on top of that needed a custom gutter installation. Billy did a great job to figure out a solution that worked where several other roofing companies flat out refused the job or ghosted us. Felt like he was honest and fair throughout the whole process and the roof and gutters turned out great. Highly recommend these guys.

The folks with Inman were fast, efficient, and friendly. They gave a us a great estimate (that even the insurance company found fair!). I put down a deposit on Friday and they started the job Monday! The roof is fantastic, and the crew cleaned up the area amazingly! You would not have known they were even there! Sue Cheyenne, WY

I was a bit disappointed in the completed roof surface as it is approximately 1/2" above the surrounding roof and ponds water much more than it did before. Thus far it has not leaked so this is good. I just hope it wont develop leaking where the ponding is occuring. During installation the workers broke one of the flood lights and scratched up the facia paint when putting equipment on the roof and I have not been contacted about any repair. I think the ability of the workers is good but that they need to take more care making sure the slope is correct for proper drainage.
