Non existent customer service. Tanya lies to you and treats you like you're stupid and won't notice. So far, you've kept your word on when you would arrive zero times. Why do you tell people you will book them in and then not show up, no phone call, no email, no text, nothing. What type of business practise is this?
We've used Fraser Valley Roofing before at a different property, and I can’t say enough good things about them. After reaching about damage from a wind/rain storm, they arranged for someone to come out very quickly—which I truly did not expect and greatly appreciated.The technician arrived promptly, was friendly and professional, fixed the issue efficiently, and took the time to clearly explain what the problem was. This is exactly the level of service I’ve come to expect from Fraser Valley Roofing, but receiving it in the middle of flooding and windstorms, and in a remote area, went well beyond expectations.To top it off, the rain became torrential later that day, and their quick response undoubtedly prevented much bigger issues. Outstanding service, reliability, and professionalism. Their invoices have always been reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Fraser Valley Roofing without hesitation.
Writing a review as a neighbor to the house that used Fraser Valley roofing. If you want to piss your neighbors off and cause them serious inconveniences, use these guys!!! They are VERY unprofessional in so many ways. Here's just a few... Firstly, this crew used my property at their convenience the whole time without the common decency to even ask. Walking up and down my driveway and backyard, hauling equipment, chucking old materials down on our side driveway etc. I work from home and have multiple cameras so each time my security notifications would go off each day. They never once contacted me. I get they have a job to do but I didn't hire them the neighbors did so asking for permission to use private property would have been the professional thing to do. I ended up going outside to share my displeasure of this not once but twice yet it fell on deaf ears. Music blaring all day, everyday. Throughout the few weeks they were next door there were multiple outbursts among the workers. One day it was so outrageous my other neighbor txt me asking wth was going on next door! Yelling, swearing (c word) and berating a young worker. Even throwing things at him from above. They finally finished (thank God), I just went outback to take my dog out as I had to use the front yard while they were here to not spook my dog. I am appalled at what they left behind IN MY YARD!! I didn't have my roof done yet I have broken shingles, plastic, old gloves and upon a quick look gathered a sandwich bag FULL OF RUSTY NAILS AND RUSTY METAL IN MY YARD!!! Not only is this a danger to us and our dog but also our vehicles that we drive down to get to the backyard!!! What kind of company leaves a mess for the neighbors to clean up after them?!?! Now I need to spend my time combing thru my property to clean up their ignorant mess!!!
Fraser Valley Roofing has been in business for a long time, for a reason! I recommend them to clients for roof replacements, and or roof repairs. Their office staff are helpful and polite, their work crews keep their jobsites clean, and the finished product is flawless!
We have used FVR multiple times now and they are the only company we would trust in the future. They did the replacement on our previous home and have since done repairs on our new home (that was a hack job from another company) and have been great all around. The team there is an awesome and takes pride in what they do and the admin in the office has been so helpful with my questions (and then more questions).
