She provided multiple samples and even worked with the tile vendor to visit other installed tile roofs on our behalf so we could feel confident in our choice. Second rodeo with KAM Roofing Service . Leighann is a Great asset to this company. We purchased our home in 2022, from a Contractor who flipped the home and seriously used the cheapest materials and roofing company! We used KAM Roofing to fix a small issue and they did a great job! This time around, some shingles that where installed by the original roofing company, they installed incorrectly and some where down to the Aluminum, like I mentioned shady work.
Jesus and his assistant did a great job in replacing the new shingles.

Outstanding Roofing Experience———Truly Above and Beyond!!!

I cannot say enough great things about KAM Roofing. From start to finish, they exceeded every expectation I had. Their team was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. The entire process was seamless.
Starting with the estimator, Caleb, he was fantastic. He did my attic and roof inspection, and he emailed me the company documents, including the licenses, with the estimate in a professional manner. They weren’t just written down on a piece of paper like other companies. The estimate was not the lowest, nor the highest. Caleb left me some of the Owens Corning samples, even though I hadn’t hired them yet, so I could start choosing a color. Once I decided on KAM for my project, Caleb came back and I signed the contract. He told me it would be 12-16 weeks of waiting, which was fine with me. I was then updated by the office that they had received the permit, and was told there would be some down time. As the day approached , I was informed by email and text that there was a tentative start date, which was at the 12 week point. I was then sent another email regarding when the trailer would arrive, which was the day before work was to begin. Jose delivered the trailer and set it up.
The morning of the roof install the crew arrived at 7am which was exactly on time. They immediately started setting up and preparing my yard with tarps and protecting my plants, my porch roof, my fence, my a/c, and my water softener. They got right to work on the roof. They worked extremely efficiently and delivered absolutely top-notch craftsmanship. Their attention to detail and respect for my property was impressive. Kyle, the owner, was also on site, and available for any questions or concerns, and he gave me his cell number. He kept me updated throughout the day, including pictures. They worked until 7pm that evening. I thought for sure they wouldn’t finish, but they did and cleaned up the property afterwards. They used the magnetic nail sweeper several times over.
The next day, Kyle had texted me he would be stopping over to do his final inspection. He found a couple of small things on the roof he wanted to take care of, so he called the crew back and they completed the task. Kyle also again used the magnetic nail sweeper.

Shortly after Kyle left, Jose came back for the trailer. I had thought of some questions later, so I texted Kyle and he answered everything. My new roof looks absolutely stunning, and I love it!!!

It’s rare these days to find a company that combines skill, integrity, and outstanding customer service, but they truly do. Kudos to you, Kyle, for creating such a great company with a great attitude and a great crew!! I was truly impressed.

I can’t even begin to describe how pleased my wife and I are with how good our new roof turned out and how extremely easy the process was for us. From start to finish, everything was a breeze. The owner, Kyle, came out and gave us a quote that was extremely competitive with other companies in the area. Kyle was very responsive when i reached oht with questions trying to figure out which color shingle and drip edge we wanted and helped me land on onyx black after learning i would be painting the house white as soon as the roof was done. Once we signed the contract, we were given a date and the rest was taken care of. The day before KAM started, they came by, posted the permit they pulled for me and got everything ready for the job. The next day, Jesus showed up with his crew bright and early and got started. Their crew worked their butts off in the hot summer heat and managed to get our roof replaced that same day without sacrificing workmanship quality. They were extremely thorough when they were done, cleaning up after themselves and leaving the house feel like they hadn’t even been there (besides the new roof). I was even able to have them come back and help me remount railing on my second floor flat roof that got torn down previously. I can’t say enough good things about the owner, Kyle, and his company.
