After a long wait, almost 8 months, I finally was referred to this company for my siding. All of my signing of my house had to be fixed. Not only were they fast, efficient kind and patient. They have come out so many times with any of my questions and fix some things that weren’t even their responsibility very quick to answer the phone calls. Very patient with me and I wish I could give them a 10 star review thank you to Chris and his team. And through many hardships company doesn’t know it, but they have truly helping me get through some of the hardest times they even came out and inspected my roof for free after a tornado because I couldn’t get a hold of the original roofing company that had just fixed my roof. I highly recommend when I will only go to this company from here on out.. thank you Chris and your whole team from the bottom of my heart

If I could leave zero stars, I would.

My experience with Mighty Dog Roofing was a complete disaster. There was ZERO communication from Chris and the team—no updates, no timelines, no accountability. The project kicked off with a dumpster dropped on my property without any notice. It only went downhill from there. From day one, the project was plagued with poor communication, zero project oversight, and inexcusable sloppiness.

They used not one, but TWO different subcontractor crews—neither of which were properly supervised, One crew was from a company based in Ft. Myers! The result? Sloppy workmanship, damages to my property, bent metal panels, and dangerously mishandled materials that have huge scratches throughout. Clear signs of incompetent, careless labor. It’s absolutely unacceptable to see damaged gutters, that had to be replaced, because the crews were too lazy to use a $25 guard.

They promote themselves with guaranteed “5-Star Only” standards— Well, take a look at the photos! What I got was a job full of cut corners, damages, and deception. 5-Star turns out to be some of the lowest quality work I’ve ever seen.

I'll let the photos speak for themselves—but heed this as a clear warning: Avoid the hassle, the damage, and the regret. Hire a company that actually takes pride in their work. Save yourself the stress and find a contractor that actually values quality, communication, and customer satisfaction. This was a costly mistake I hope others can avoid.
