My husband and I went with AAA Roofing. It was hard to believe the damn good price, followed by a quick permitted finished job. Ray was very efficient!
I needed a completely new roof due to insurance purposes on my small 1,000 square foot home and got quotes from 5 different companies. AAA Roofing was the most reasonable and did all of the same stuff the other companies would do: Removal/installation/cleanup, install valley metal and roof vents, city permits, and 10 year labor warranty. When roof removal was done, we found that the roof was sagging in the garage. The extra work did increase my quote, but surprisingly not by much. It was still cheaper than the other companies. I can see why others mention communication isn’t great. If you have questions, Ray will 100% respond. But if expect daily updates, that will not happen, which I prefer, but others expect constant communication. The entire team did great and I would recommend to others.
