What an amazing job. I have a decent-sized roof and they were completely done in two days in the dead of summer. They even painted all of the vents to match the roof! Kelly Kirkpatrick was my sales rep. He kept me informed every step of the way. He took care of all the insurance paperwork and it was seamless. I can’t say enough about the quality of work and the customer care that was provided.While Schulte may not be the cheapest in town, they are fair and the quality still exceeds the charge. Like so many in B/CS since back in early springs hail storm, we needed a new roof. We called maybe 4 or 5 local roofers (we believe in buying local) and Schulte are the only ones that returned our call quickly. And our experience from start to finish was exceptional. We had a minor problem with the cleanup afterword, but they took great care to solve the problem. KEVIN was our project manager and if you get to choose, ask for him.
Last August, I was faced with the task of roofing a Sun Room with transparent barn panels. I quickly found the task to be beyond my carpentry capabilities. Due to previous good experience with Schulte, I called them. The Representative took special interest in this project and we quickly negotiated terms. I would be responsible for the materials and they would be responsible for the work. They wisely examined my materials and rightly rejected my roof ridge panels as inferior, non-standard, and ill-fitting. They agreed to bring their own more suitable roof ridge. I was found to be short a board, but they used that as an excuse for a lunch break as I fetched one.This was a turning point in my Sun Room Construction. I have since installed the transparent panels of two walls and a sliding door in the front. My Sun Room is now 90% enclosed and it now feels like I am doing Indoor Carpentry when I work. There has been much bad weather since and that the Roof has stood up to it. My suspicion is that if I announced that I was finished, the Crew Foreman would want to be on hand to see it.
