Shea and the Spire team replaced our drip edge and perimeter shingles, applied new waterproofing on our small flat roof, and changed all the boots and vent caps on our roof penetrations. They did an excellent job, were very professional, cleaned up after themselves, and completed the job in one day. They even worked into the evening to ensure our roof was completely sealed and wasn’t left vulnerable to the elements. They will be my go to roofing company from now on.

Spire Roofing and, in particular Shea Sikes, were absolutely fantastic to work with during our entire reroofing process. A hail storm damaged our roof to the point of needing a complete reinstall. Shea walked me through every step with outstanding communication and thoughtful preparation around our rental schedule. He worked very closely with our insurance to make this a completely seamless process. Oh…and he and his team ripped through the reroof process in no time!! QUICK SUMMARY:Working with Shea and Spire Roofing Solutions was a good experience for me and I would not only recommend them, but I will personally use them again in the future pending any need for roof repair/installation.COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT:The communication with Shea was top notch as he handled the insurance agent, owner's association, inspectors, and of course the working crews. I really appreciate that my involvement was minimal. He kept me in the communication loop (e.g. scheduling, planning, material order, progress of the re-roofing, etc.) via email, text and calls at different times depending on the need.KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY:Shea was also very knowledgeable about what was necessary for roofing homes in a coastal environment because the standards for materials and methods are different given the unique environment on the coast.COST:Lastly, while I can't give much on the price given that my insurance paid for their part and I paid my deductible, Spire Roofing Solutions did agree to absorb any cost differences (e.g. from price changes, insurance not covering what was necessary to roof the home properly, etc.). All in all, I don't believe there were any costs Spire had to absorb because Shea did a fantastic job explaining to the insurance, with evidence, what was needed.Thank you, Shea and Spire Roofing Solutions, for doing a job well.***A well satisfied customer***
