We had a wonderful experience with Brittany and Noah! They replaced our old roof and did some extra construction work on our home. The team arrived on time every day, worked very hard, and cleaned up everything before they left. The project finished right on schedule and the price was fair. Our house looks amazing, and we feel safe and dry. We are very happy and highly recommend them to anyone needing roof or construction work!

Noah claimed that Pioneer was the best roofing company, and they absolutely are the best roofing company in Colorado Springs. I can’t stress enough how satisfied I am with the working crews and management. From documenting the ALL of the damage to my home and keeping my insurance company accountable to getting everything that was damaged on my property back to pre-existing condition way quicker than I expected. I am very impressed with my new upgraded class 4 impact resistant Malarkey shingles. I feel protected and no longer fear, since I found Pioneer!

We had an insurance claim due to hail and Noah offered to upgrade our shingles for free but what ended up being more valuable was how he handled the claim. He met our adjuster and helped get us a better settlement. I have experience roofing and am picky but the crew did an amazing job and it looked great. He finished by helping with all of the insurance paperwork and really made things easier for us.

I'm so glad that I used Pioneer Construction to put a new roof on my home and garage. It was no easy task as my home is a geodesic dome. Working with Noah, the company owner, was really great. He helped guide me through the insurance claim process and he worked with my insurance company to make sure they paid for everything that was their responsibility. He met the insurance adjuster at my home to point out the hail damage and followed up with them to make sure supplemental claims were covered as well. Noah supervised the job and handled quality control. The job was completed in a timely manner and the crew was nice and cleaned up well. I also now have impact resistant shingles which was a free upgrade Pioneer offered. The roof looks good and I'm happy with how it turned out. In addition to the new roof Pioneer Construction replaced some rotten plywood and a skylight for me. It was nice that one company was able to handle everything. Unfortunately during the job my composite deck was scratched. However, Noah inspected it with me, took responsibility for it, and agreed to pay for the accidental damage. I chose my deck builder to perform the repairs and I wasn't pressured into letting another company do the work. I appreciate that Noah handled the quality control aspect of the entire job and made sure that I as a customer was totally satisfied. Overall I give Pioneer Construction 5 stars for their work. Should I need a new roof or any other exterior work for my home again I wouldn't hesitate to call Noah with Pioneer Construction. They are a one-stop-shop for all your hail damage repairs. As a matter of fact I've hired them to paint the exterior of my home and garage because I was happy with how the roof turned out and I feel that they will do a good job for me. I highly recommend Pioneer Construction.
