I had an excellent experience with Pink Roofing! They installed my new roof yesterday, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The crew was professional, efficient, and did an outstanding job. They also made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. I want to give a special thank you to Miguel and Calvin. They went above and beyond by keeping me informed throughout the entire project, providing regular updates, answering all of my questions, and making sure everything was going as planned. Super positive experience. Bought a home in Ellicott City a couple years ago knowing that the roof would need to be addressed sooner than later. Another contractor came to our door and expressed they could get insurance to cover replacement for wind damage. Long story short, insurance would only cover a few hundred in repairs, and communication with the contractor died down. Some weeks later, I see Pink Roofing replacing the roof of a neighbor, and Miguel approached me to discuss our situation. Super casual, no pressure conversation, and he was confident that they could get things to work for our roof and insurance. We re-opened a claim, he met with the adjuster, and within a few days had the full replacement covered. All the following steps were smooth as well. All my questions and concerns were addressed promptly. The actual roof work was done surprisingly efficiently (less than a day), and project manager Calvin was on top of it with text updates with drone progress photos. Would recommend. I know they've already done roofs for at least 5 other homes on our street alone. They're doing something right.
